Production Sourcing
Why use Insiders?
Traditional production companies continuously pull from their limited stock of equipment. Our system allows us the flexibility to source the most appropriate resources for your specifications from the best-suited approved vendors. We are able to pool our resources to fulfill larger or more complex requests than traditional production houses. Our system is unique in that we do not have obligations to utilize a fixed stock of ageing resources. This allows us to provide you with multiple options and unbiased advice on the pros and cons of each choice.

Once the Insiders staff is finished planning your event and coordinating our team of approved vendors, we are present throughout the entire on-site implementation process. We manage our vendors and lead the technical and operations crew. Insiders takes pride in our responsibility to ensure that your plan is executed smoothly. By taking the lead with our client on site we are able to quickly adapt to any necessary changes in order to guarantee a successful event.

Post Event Analytics
Why use Insiders?
While other companies may leave right after load-out, Insiders makes it a point to continue our client relationship even after the event ends. As part of your team, our staff is engaged with your event's success and progression. Therefore, we schedule debriefing meetings and provide our clients with post event analytics. We advise our clients on budget adjustments, examine alternate production options for future events, and evaluate the resources used regarding their efficiency and effectiveness with respect to the overall goal of the event.
